We advise on the full life of a commercial real estate transaction, from evaluating the opportunity through closing.

Acquisition Advisory We help clients evaluate acquisition opportunities across net lease, retail, hospitality, multifamily, industrial, office and land, including underwriting and screening against their criteria. Where a transaction requires a licensed real estate broker, those services are provided only by a broker licensed in that state.

Equity and Capital Advisory We advise sponsors and developers on capital structure and help prepare investor presentation materials. Sound Pointe Partners does not offer or sell securities and is not a registered broker-dealer.

Debt Advisory We advise borrowers on commercial financing options, including CMBS, life insurance companies, bank, debt fund and bridge loans. Our CMBS origination background gives clients insight into how lenders evaluate a loan. We are not a lender and do not issue loan commitments.

Brokerage and Dispositions We represent buyers and sellers on investment sales in New York, with an emphasis on confidential and off-market transactions. Brokerage services are provided by Scott E. Burk, Licensed Real Estate Broker (New York). *Transactions outside New York are referred to brokers licensed in that state.

Distressed and Special Situations We advise on note purchases, recapitalizations, receivership assets and other complex situations where speed and discretion matter.

High-net-worth individuals and families, family offices, private equity and real estate funds, developers and sponsors, lenders, and private and public companies.

*Real estate brokerage services outside New York are provided through a cooperation arrangement with Bang Realty, a brokerage licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Scott E. Burk is licensed as a real estate broker in New York only. Out-of-state brokerage services are performed by Bang Realty and its licensees.
